About the work :

Bull VI (Taureau VI) is a sculpture by French contemporary artist Pierre Yermia.

"The bull is the only masculine animal in my bestiary. His silent and serene presence imposes itself by his massive torso, supported by long legs which emphasize the frailty of his balance. His little head is crowned with horns which in this case evoke neither violence nor aggressiveness. All the animal's energy is contained in the tension of the different volumes. To me he symbolizes the protective strength of nature."

This sculpture is signed and numbered.
